Who is Great American?
Great American Hospitality Group, Inc. d.b.a. Great American Corporate Dining was founded in February 1998 and has since become one of the largest local contract foodservice companies in St. Louis. Sales will exceed $3.1 million in 2011.

Currently, Great American operates 15 dining operations in St. Louis that vary in size from building populations of 350 to 2,800 people. We serve nearly 6900 meals a day to a total population of over 10,000 patrons within our facilities.











Why Great American?
Our large national and international competitors have less than 29% of overall sales attributed to the corporate market versus other markets such as schools, hospitals or sporting venues. At the other end of the spectrum, small, local catering operations that operate buildings must spend as much time with their private sector clients as their corporate ones. Unlike those companies, we devote 100% of our efforts to the corporate customer and their specific needs.


Great American Quality
Setting us apart from the rest of the pack is our “small batch” production process that allows us to continually offer fresh-made product throughout the meal periods so that the last meal served is as fresh as the first. Back this up with made from scratch breads, soups, sauces and desserts and you have a concept that is unmatched in the industry for taste, value and eye appeal.

Choosing a foodservice provider is a challenge
